Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, checks, and credit cards.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment please notify your provider by phone or email at least 24 hours in advance to avoid late cancellation and no show fees. Appointments that are not cancelled at least 24 hours in advance are subject to the full session fee.

Inclement Weather Policy

If you have an appointment scheduled and the weather is affecting your ability to attend, please notify your provider at least one hour in advance to avoid a late cancellation charge.
