Behavioral Weight Management Group
Our Behavioral Weight Management Group will provide education on the health benefits to weight loss and increased activity, teach motivation skills to start and maintain healthy weight loss, and review thinking and behavioral strategies for achieving effective and long-lasting changes in health. Our group atmosphere promotes positive social support, encouragement and feedback from members sharing similar goals, increased overall health, and improved quality of life. Groups meet weekly for 10 weeks and each group session is 1.5 hours long.
