Dr. Crystal received her doctoral degree in clinical psychology from Adler University in Chicago, IL. She completed her pre- and post-doctoral internships in the Anxiety Department at Linden Oaks Behavioral Health in Naperville, IL.  Dr. Crystal has worked in a variety of treatment settings including intensive outpatient programs (IOP), residential treatment centers, and outpatient practices. Her clinical work focuses on the treatment of anxiety, OCD, and trauma through Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and additional approaches, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based interventions. Dr. Crystal is also a SPACE (Supportive Parenting for Anxious Childhood Emotions) trained provider. Dr. Crystal enjoys working with clients ages 10 and up, with specific interest in working with high school and college age students as well as young adults in transitional periods.
