Finding a therapist is one thing. Finding an experienced therapist with focused training in OCD, ERP, and evidence-based anxiety treatments can be much harder. The Anxiety & OCD Treatment Center offers remote treatment for New York State residents with licensed clinicians who are specialists in treating OCD and anxiety disorders.
Online treatment can make specialty OCD and anxiety care more accessible across New York City, Westchester County, and other parts of New York State—without requiring a trip to our Connecticut offices.

What online treatment is like
Remote sessions use a secure video platform. The first phase focuses on understanding symptoms, goals, relevant history, and patterns that keep anxiety or OCD going. The therapist then develops a collaborative treatment plan with you. For ERP and CBT, sessions often include practical exercises and between-session practice. Online care can be especially useful because treatment can take place in the settings where anxiety, avoidance, or rituals occur.

Who can receive care?
Remote treatment is available to people living in New York State and Connecticut as well as in the 40 Psypact states. Remote treatment is not appropriate for every clinical situation, and the consultation is not a guarantee of placement.

Online treatment availability depends on clinician licensure, clinical fit, scheduling, and the client’s location during sessions.
