Our Farmington office provides children, adolescents, adults, and families with specialized treatment for OCD and anxiety-related conditions. Our experienced clinicians use evidence-based treatments and create individualized plans based on the client’s symptoms, goals, age, treatment history, and family needs. 

Appointments are available at 10 Forest Park Drive in Farmington. Remote sessions and intensive treatment are also offered.

Specialized, evidence-based care

Treatment begins with a careful assessment of symptoms, goals, history, and current challenges. The therapist then develops a personalized treatment plan with you to address your anxiety or OCD. Depending on need and provider expertise, care may include CBT, ERP, ACT, I-CBT, SPACE, EMDR, CPT, prolonged exposure, DBT skills, or mindfulness-based strategies.
