Liz Hilby, Psy.D.

Dr. Hilby received her doctoral degree in clinical psychology from the University of Hartford in 2021. She completed her post-doctoral fellowship in OCD and anxiety disorders at the Anxiety & OCD Treatment Center in Farmington, CT where she received extensive training in CBT and ERP. Dr. Hilby also has experience treating mood and anxiety disorders, including depression, generalized anxiety, social anxiety, panic disorder, phobias, and OCD. Her clinical work has focused on helping adolescents and young adults navigate life transitions and interpersonal relationship difficulties. Additionally, Dr. Hilby enjoys working with athletes with sports or performance-related anxiety.
